WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 7+ years leading transformational programs across multiple functions and/or business units
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
- Experience working in a highly matrixed environment
- Strong understanding of the product and retail value chain, from innovation through consumer
- Demonstrated strength in strategic communication, facilitation, influence, and project management
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
- Partner across Merchandising and cross‑functional teams to translate strategic priorities into clear roadmaps, timelines, and action plans
- Break down key initiatives into actionable workstreams with defined ownership and milestones
- Drive alignment across Merchandising-led gates, collaborating with Design, Product, Brand Marketing, Marketplace, Planning, and Insights
- Facilitate Line Reviews, Assortment Reviews, and other key forums—ensuring clarity of inputs, outputs, and decisions
- Collaborate with Business Integration peers to ensure process consistency across functions
- Support off‑cadence and Geo‑specific workstreams, including Geo moments, SMUs, and exclusives
- Maintain and evolve tools, templates, and communication frameworks that improve seasonal consistency
- Support ongoing refinement of the Line Planning process, from Geo Insights through handoff to Product partners
- Manage and execute MAR gate processes, safeguarding timelines and deliverables
